Springboard PR Celebrates Eighth Year of Success in Building New Jersey Sandcastle Contest into a Jersey Shore Tradition
MARLBORO, NJ (June 12, 2006) - Springboard Public Relations, a marketing communications firm specializing in the technology industry, today announced its continued support for the New Jersey Sandcastle Contest, the state’s largest sand sculpting event.Springboard has supported the contest since 1999.
This year marks a special milestone as this Shore Tradition celebrates its 20th anniversary delighting beachgoers with artistic sandcastle creations for children of all ages. The New Jersey Sandcastle Contest will once again be held at Belmar Beach in Belmar, NJ. As part of its scope, Springboard has managed event logistics, media outreach and coverage, website maintenance, and prizes and sponsorships for the event. Over the past eight years, the contest has grown significantly and now attracts nearly ten thousand eager sand sculptors and enthusiastic spectators.
